Tieguanyin:
History: Tieguanyin is one of the most famous traditional Chinese teas, produced in Fujian Province. According to legend, it began in the Qing Dynasty, and was named after the tea tree that grew next to a rock called "Guanyin Rock".
Brewing method: Put 3-5 grams of Tieguanyin into a teapot, fill it with hot water at about 100 degrees Celsius, and pour it out after about 10 seconds for the first brew, and then gradually extend the brewing time for each brewing, depending on your personal taste.
Longjing Tea:
HISTORY: Longjing tea, also known as West Lake Longjing, is produced in the area around West Lake in Hangzhou, China and has a long history dating back to the Tang Dynasty. It is named for the village called Longjing in its area of origin.
Brewing method: take 3-5 grams of Longjing tea leaves into a tea set, fill with hot water at about 80 degrees Celsius, pour out after about 20 seconds for the first brew, subsequent brews are similar to Tieguanyin.
Pu'er Tea:
HISTORY: Pu'er Tea is a specialty tea of China, produced in Yunnan Province. It originated in the Southern Song Dynasty and has a history of thousands of years. Pu'er tea is famous for its unique fermentation process.
Brewing Method: Take an appropriate amount of Pu-erh tea leaves into a teapot, brew with water temperature of 100 degrees Celsius, pour out after the first brew for about 30 seconds, and gradually adjust the subsequent brewing method according to your personal taste and the quality of the tea leaves.
Dahongpao:
HISTORY: Dahongpao is one of China's traditional famous teas, produced in the Wuyi Mountain area of Fujian Province. According to legend, an official in the Tang Dynasty was sick and was miraculously cured after drinking this tea, hence the name "Dahongpao".
Brewing method: take an appropriate amount of Dahongpao tea leaves into the tea set, inject hot water of about 95 degrees Celsius, the first bubble about 15 seconds after pouring, the subsequent brewing method can be adjusted according to personal taste.
Black tea:
History: black tea is produced in Qimen County, Anhui Province, with a long history.
